The above charges are non-refundable in the event that references prove unsatisfactory or the Tenant withdraws the application before completion.

Dilapidations Deposit:

A Dilapidations Deposit equal to 1½ months rent is taken at the commencement of the tenancy. This is held throughout the duration of the tenancy to cover dilapidation and outstanding accounts. The Deposit will be held with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

Renewal fees:

There is an administration charge of £18 Inc of VAT if the Tenancy is renewed or extended.
